CLICK HERE TO TAKE THE COMMUNITY SURVEY!
Substance misuse is not on PAUSE in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic! Your help is needed now more than ever to coordinate prevention efforts to find the best ways to keep youth safe and healthy.
The YES Community Counseling Center’s PACT Project (Partnering in Action and Change for Tomorrow) collaborates with the Massapequa Takes Action Coalition (MTAC), the Farmingdale ADAPT (Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Team) and the Levittown Community Action Coalition (LCAC) to prevent underage drinking and substance misuse in our communities. Working together, we seek to understand patterns of substance misuse to better address this challenge through targeted prevention, education and outreach.
All parents and residents are asked to take five minutes to complete PACT’s short survey. You can access the survey at http://sgiz.mobi/s3/YES-Community-Substance-Misuse-Survey; scan our QR code or visit PACT’s website at www.pactyes.org or to your local coalition’s website or Facebook page.
Your input and feedback are critical to our youth’s health and community’s future.
