MTAC DRUG TAKE BACK POSTPONED: Residents Asked to Secure & Monitor Rx Drugs in the Home

MTAC_SMDMedInventorySheetWITHCOVID
Due to COVID-19, Massapequa Takes Action Coalition’s (MTAC) April Drug Take Back Event has been postponed until further notice. MTAC will inform all residents of the new date in the coming months.

MTAC notes that the Nassau County Police Department IS NOT accepting any prescription drugs at precincts during COVID-19. Residents should SECURE and MONITOR their prescription drugs in the home until the New York State on PAUSE Directive is lifted.

Residents can monitor their prescription drugs with MTAC's Medicine InventorySheet (Click here)

If you have questions or want to learn more about MTAC’s prevention efforts, you can like MTAC on Facebook, go to mtacoalition.com or contact Cathy Samuels, MTAC Project Director, at (516) 799-3000 x131 or email info@mtacoalition.com.
